ÜÇGE, which has been acting not only as a manufacturing company but also with the mission of producing projects for the society, environment and sustainable future since its establishment, is realizing a meaningful project with TEGV to leave a greener world for future generations and to support education. ÜÇGE, one of the world's leading companies in the field of store equipment and warehouse shelving systems, joined hands with the Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey (TEGV) for a meaningful project.
With the "Electronic Scrap Collection Social Responsibility Project" launched at ÜÇGE, support will be given to the campaign carried out by TEGV with the slogan "Donate Don't Throw Away". The project aims to reduce the environmental damage caused by the collection and recycling of electronic scrap products and to support children in need of education with the income generated. Seçkin Yüksel, ÜÇGE Executive Board Member, made a statement about the social responsibility project: "As ÜÇGE Family, social responsibility is an integral part of our corporate culture. We are very happy to realize this meaningful project together with TEGV.
For the "Donate Don't Throw Away" campaign, which we will organize with the support of ÜÇGE employees and their relatives, we will collect all kinds of electronic devices that can be recycled, even if they are defective or out of use. In this context, cell phones, desktop and laptop computers, computer parts and peripherals, tablets, monitors, audio, video and music systems, DVD readers and satellite receivers, printers, electrical household appliances, adapters, cables and all electrical products not mentioned will be evaluated. When electronic devices become unusable, they are considered electronic waste. Electronic waste should be recycled as they harm the environment. We aim to realize this project in the most effective way for a greener Turkey and to support the education of our children."
