DOUBLE AWARD TO \u00dc\u00c7GE SATURN SHELF SYSTEMS FROM DESIGN TURKEY<\/p>

\u00dc\u00c7GE, which has been providing services on store equipment and warehouse shelving systems for forty-three years and exporting its domestic design products to 90 countries, won the \"2019 Good Design Award\" with its patented product \"Adjustable Basket Unit\" and \"Bio Fruit and Vegetable Unit\" from Saturn Shelving Systems at the 8th Design Turkey \"Industrial Design Awards\", which aims to pave the way for branding with design in Turkey.<\/p>

\u00dc\u00c7GE Technical Director Serdar \u015eahin and \u00dc\u00c7GE R&D Group Responsible Bahattin Akg\u00fcng\u00f6r were invited to the stage to receive their awards, which were presented by Mr. Ali Yerlikaya, Governor of Istanbul and Mr. \u0130smail G\u00dcLLE, President of T\u0130M.<\/p>

The Design Turkey \"Industrial Design Awards\", organized as part of the Design Week Turkey Program in cooperation with the Turkish Ministry of Trade (MoT), the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) and the Industrial Designers Professional Association (ETMK) in order to make visible the benefits of well-designed products to society and the industry by rewarding good design that takes into account the needs of the user in Turkey and provides added value and competitive advantage to the product in exports and in the national market, found their owners at a ceremony held on November 15 at the Hali\u00e7 Congress Center in Istanbul.<\/p>

Design Turkey Industrial Design Awards, approved by SID (International Council of Industrial Design Societies), are given to the designs that are deemed worthy after the rigorous evaluation of the selection committee consisting of world-renowned Turkish and foreign designers. \u00dc\u00c7GE's award-winning products, the patented new generation shelf system \"Saturn Concept\", which \u00dc\u00c7GE introduced to retail with its R&D studies and high technology investments, reveals how the product is highlighted more than the shelf and how this system creates product perception in the consumer. In this system, higher quality products are offered to customers and customers are also reflected as an advantage in the investment cost of the store.
