Organizasyonda \u00dc\u00e7ge \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 ekibi tam kadro yer ald\u0131, insan kaynaklar\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda fikir al\u0131\u015fveri\u015finde bulundu.<\/p><p>Her y\u0131l farkl\u0131 bir temayla d\u00fczenlenen ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgi g\u00f6ren \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Zirvesi&#8217;nin bu y\u0131l &#8220;\u0130nsanca&#8221; temas\u0131yla d\u00fczenlendi. Organizasyon kapsam\u0131nda geleneksel \u0130K yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n yerini alan yeni \u0130K s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, insan y\u00f6netiminin \u00f6nemi, bug\u00fcn\u00fc ve gelece\u011fi, yetenek y\u00f6netimi gibi birbirinden farkl\u0131 konular masaya yat\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p><p>Organizasyonun a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131, PERY\u00d6N G\u00fcney Marmara \u015eubesi Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Levent \u00d6z\u00e7engel yapt\u0131.<\/p><p>\u201cNE YAPARSAK YAPALIM, \u0130NSANCA OLMALI\u201d<\/p><p>De\u011fi\u015fen d\u00fcnyan\u0131n, organizasyonlar\u0131n ve stratejilerin de de\u011fi\u015fmesine sebep oldu\u011funu vurgulayan \u00d6z\u00e7engel, \u201cBu durum, liderlik \u015fekillerinin de\u011fi\u015fmesini gerektiriyor. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n sonucu olarak da bizim, \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131z de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Art\u0131k tesis ve makine yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131, \u015firketlerin varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeleri i\u00e7in yeterli olmuyor. \u0130nsan fakt\u00f6r\u00fc hi\u00e7 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar \u00f6nemli bir konuma gelmi\u015f durumda. Biz, t\u00fcm bu de\u011fi\u015fimlerin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, insana sadece k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t \u00fczerinde de\u011fil, ger\u00e7ekte de de\u011fer verilmesi gerekti\u011fine inand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in \u201c\u0130nsanca\u201d temas\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7tik.
