\u00dc\u00c7GE Group Companies realized the launch of \u201cWomen at Work, Power at Work\u201d at Bursa I\u015f\u0131ktepe OSB factory. \u00dc\u00c7GE, acting with the principle of \u201cWe are equal\u201d, aims to employ female employees in the field of production in cooperation with \u0130\u015eKUR and Bor\u00e7elik Technical Academy.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00dc\u00c7GE's \u201cWomen at Work, Power at Work\u201d launch was held with the participation of Bursa Provincial Director of Labor and Employment Agency Mr. Feyzullah Eren T\u00fcrkmen, Bor\u00e7elik Executive Board Member Mr. Baran Burat, Bor\u00e7elik Management Systems Director Mr. Serkan \u00dcrkmez and Bor\u00e7elik Technical Academy and Quality System Manager Mr. Emre B\u00fclb\u00fcl as well as members of the press.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Esra G\u00fcven, CEO of \u00dc\u00c7GE Group Companies, made the opening speech at the launch. G\u00fcven stated that the ratio of female to male population is almost equal worldwide, but the rate of female labor force participation in Turkey is low. She emphasized that women's participation in the workforce should be increased according to their level of education. Stating that the number of white-collar female employees is more equal, G\u00fcven drew attention to the need to increase female employment in blue and gray collar positions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

G\u00fcven stated that they support gender equality with data-driven strategies and believe that artificial intelligence technologies will reduce gender discrimination. Commemorating the value Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk placed on women, she invited participants, business partners and all employees to work harder together for an equal and valuable future. Ms. \u0130ncir emphasized that achieving gender equality is a great achievement for the whole society and stated that \u00dc\u00c7GE Group Companies are committed to increasing women's participation in the workforce and supporting their career journey. He stated that they aim to increase the share of women in business life with the \u201cWomen at Work, Power at Work\u201d project. Stating that \u00dc\u00c7GE differentiates itself in the sector with its technological investments and large production capacity, G\u00fcler emphasized that women's employment will make a significant contribution in this field.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
