During the projecting phase, a synergetic team is formed with project managers, experts, engineers and customer representatives who are experts in their fields, who have many disciplines, analyze customer expectations and follow the sector. The materials that contribute to the realization of the project, technical infrastructure, project management system, ERP system have high technological equipment. The project team prepares the project in accordance with the expectations and budget of the customer. After the material critique, sample production is carried out.
Sample production is one of the most important stages of the project. After the project drawing, the critique is analyzed and modeled. When the model is completed, the prototype phase takes place with the material selection. After the approval of the pre-series products, their suitability is checked. If the customer has additional demands or changes during the prototype and pre-series stage, it is produced at this stage. After the final approval, production takes place and it becomes ready for assembly.
It is very important for us that the right product can be reached at the planned time, to the right place and under the right shipping conditions. The packaging phase of the products ready for shipment carries great sensitivity before they leave. The transportation of the products may belong to us or the customer may undertake it. The project phase is shaped according to the customer's preference.
The assembly phase can be applied in 3 different ways. The customer can carry out the installation by directing the supervisor, the customer can undertake the assembly of the project to which we have forwarded the assembly schemes of the products, or the expert assembly team can direct the installation with an infrastructure that belongs entirely to us.
After the products reach the customer and are installed, the customer may have special and additional requests or improvements depending on the usage. By keeping a record of all our improvements in the ERP system, we expand our know-how and strive to provide the best service to our customers only in our experienced experience.
