Our Recruitment Practices

Starting from the fact that "employees" are the differentiators in organizations, our selection and placement processes are conducted within the framework of the strategies created. In our recruitment processes, different practices can be implemented with the aim of finding the most suitable candidate for the position in the most effective way. In this context, personality tests, general aptitude-attention tests, foreign language tests, and competency-based interviews are among the methods we use.

Internship Opportunities

During the summer period, internship opportunities are provided to university students who have a compulsory internship requirement, and during the winter period, to vocational high school students, with the aim of preparing them for professional life by offering a practical environment to apply their theoretical knowledge. From the received applications, candidates suitable for internships are invited for an interview, and those positively evaluated are offered internship opportunities, considering the departments they wish to work in.

Performance Management System

Across ÜÇGE, the ÜÇGE Performance Management System is implemented to systematically determine and enhance employee performance, encompassing evaluation, career, and task planning processes. The ÜÇGE Performance Evaluation System emerges from the integration of Corporate Values, Business Objectives, and Competency Evaluation models. The Performance Management System covers all processes related to setting individual targets in alignment with company goals, developing competencies, monitoring and evaluating performance, and identifying development needs.

Training and Development Activities

ÜÇGE considers its training and development activities as a significant investment in people, valued through a vision of supporting change and development.

ÜÇGE makes educational investments within the framework of needs analyses and annual plans to enhance both the technical knowledge and skills of its employees and to develop their personal competencies.

Current approaches and practices are integrated into the trainings, learning differences are considered, and diversified training channels are utilized.

The trainings are conducted with in-house expert trainers and professional training institutions.

To enhance internal communication and employee motivation, and to create shared social spaces, we organize sports tournaments, New Year and special day celebrations, dining events, competitions for children, and service award ceremonies. Additionally, at our Nilüfer OSB production facilities, we have table tennis, billiards, foosball game areas, and a gym equipped with the latest technology, all available for use by all employees.
