In this context, personality tests, general ability-attention tests, foreign language tests, competency-based interviews are among our methods.

The ÜÇGE Performance Management System, which covers the evaluation, career and task planning process, is applied throughout the ÜÇGE in order to systematically determine and improve the performance of the employees.

ÜÇGE Performance Evaluation System; It emerges with the merging of Institutional Values, Business Objectives and Competency Evaluation models.

The Performance Management System covers all of the processes performed in the process of determining the individual goals of the employees in line with the company goals, developing their competencies, monitoring and evaluating their performance, and determining their development needs.

Our Training & Development Activities

ÜÇGE considers education development activities as an important investment in people with the vision of supporting change and development.

ÜÇGE makes training investments within the framework of needs analysis and annual plans in order to increase the technical knowledge and skills of its employees and to develop their personal competencies.

Current approaches and practices are integrated into the trainings, learning differences are observed and diversified training channels are used.
