During the project planning phase, a synergistic team is formed, consisting of experts from various disciplines, including project managers, specialists, engineers, and customer representatives, all of whom are experts in their fields, analyze customer expectations, and stay updated with industry trends. The materials, technical infrastructure, project management system, and ERP system that contribute to the execution of the project are equipped with high technology. The project team prepares the project in accordance with the customer’s expectations and budget. After material review, sample production is carried out.
Sample production is one of the most critical stages of the project. After the project design, a thorough analysis is conducted, and modeling is completed. Once the model is finalized, the prototype phase begins with material selection. Following the approval of the pre-series production, the suitability of the products is checked. If the customer has any additional requests or changes during the prototype and pre-series phase, they are implemented at this stage. After the final approval, production is carried out, and the products are prepared for assembly.
It is of great importance to us that the right product reaches the right place at the planned time under the correct transportation conditions. The packaging stage of products ready for shipment is handled with great care before they are dispatched. The transportation of the products can either be managed by us or undertaken by the customer. The project phase is shaped according to the customer's preference.
The assembly phase can be executed in three different ways. The customer can handle the installation under the supervision of a supervisor, or they can take charge of the assembly by using the installation diagrams provided for the products. Alternatively, the installation can be fully managed by us, with an expert assembly team overseeing the process.
