This year, ÜÇGE Group Companies once again held their traditional family picnic with great pride and enthusiasm. The event took place at the scenic Orhaneli Karagöz Picnic Area, attracting over a thousand participants. The gathering of employees and their valued family members also reinforced the sense of solidarity and unity that comes with being part of a long-established and strong community.
ÜÇGE employees and their families enjoyed a day filled with fun and competitive team games and sports activities, strengthening their bonds while having a great time. The day’s energy was lifted by live music performances and interactive activities hosted by a moderator, with a lively concert marking the end of the event. Special activities were also organized for children, aiming to leave them with cherished memories of this special day.
During the event, Seda İncir, ÜÇGE's Human Resources Director, delivered a heartfelt speech to the employees and their families. Emphasizing themes of unity and collaboration, İncir stated, “We draw our strength from each other and walk toward greater goals together,” while acknowledging that the company's success is largely driven by the hard work of its employees and the support of their families. She expressed her gratitude to everyone in attendance.
Additionally, the champions of the Spring Tournament, which was held at the factory earlier this year, were presented with awards. Employees who showcased exceptional teamwork and performance throughout the tournament were honored with special prizes, recognizing not only individual achievements but also the collective strength that comes from working together as a team.
